Food Product Policy

Due to the nature of consumable food products, all sales are generally final and non-returnable.

We do not accept returns on opened or used products.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using our contact form available.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be approved for:

  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect items received
  • Missing items

Refunds are issued at the discretion of Pluff Protein Inc.


Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds for:

  • Flavor preference
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
  • Carrier delays outside our control
  • Products not stored or prepared properly

Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
